Commitment
samurAI visibility is committed to an accessible public website. People should be able to read the site, run a scan, create an account, and contact us with a keyboard, a screen reader, browser zoom, or reduced-motion settings.
Standard
We work toward Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA. This page describes engineering work on the public site. It is not a certification, and it is not a claim of full conformance.
Current status
The site is being tested and improved toward WCAG 2.0 AA. We do not claim complete AA conformance, a certificate, or a finished audit.
Accessibility arrangements
The service is provided on this website. We do not receive customers at a physical location.
You can use the site with a keyboard, a screen reader, or browser zoom; skip to the main content on public pages; and contact Omer Eshed by email or phone if you need help using the site, a report, or checkout.
What is in place
These controls exist on the public site after the current accessibility work:
- A keyboard-visible skip link to the main content on pages with site navigation.
- One main landmark on each page, with a heading order that starts from a single page title.
- Visible focus outlines for keyboard users.
- Persistent labels on account, password, scan, and contact fields. Placeholders are hints only.
- English pages marked lang="en". The Hebrew landing page and this statement use lang="he" and dir="rtl". Latin product names stay left-to-right inside Hebrew copy.
- Decorative motion stops when the browser requests reduced motion.
- A pause control for the landing-page hero background video, which otherwise loops for more than five seconds.
- Alternative text on informative images. Decorative images use empty alternative text and are hidden from assistive technology.
- Screen-reader updates for form errors, scan progress, contact-form results, and checkout status on the pages that have those states.
Known limitations
These parts are not fully under our control, or still need more work:
- Paid checkout opens Paddle. Keyboard access, contrast, language, and any other accessibility inside Paddle's overlay are Paddle's. We cannot certify that overlay.
- The founder walkthrough plays in YouTube's player after you press play. Captions, keyboard behavior, and player controls inside that iframe are YouTube's. We have not verified captions from this site's code.
- Scan reports and the signed-in dashboard are dense. Wide tables may need horizontal scrolling at 200% zoom or on a narrow phone.
- The product interface, reports, account screens, and checkout copy are currently English, including when the marketing site is Hebrew.
Alternatives
- If Paddle checkout is unusable, email or call the accessibility contact. We will help you find an accessible supported way to complete or receive the service.
- If the YouTube walkthrough is unusable, email us. We will send a text version of the spoken walkthrough. We do not publish a transcript here because we have not extracted the spoken words from the video files in this codebase.
- If a scan report is unusable, send the report URL. We will help you read the findings.
Third-party services
YouTube hosts the optional product walkthrough. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and hosts checkout, payment, invoices, and subscription billing. Their pages and overlays follow their own accessibility practices. Our privacy and terms pages explain what those companies receive.
How to report a problem
Email or call the accessibility contact. Include the page URL, what you tried to do, your browser and device, and any assistive technology. That detail helps us reproduce the issue.
We read these reports and reply. If a fix will take time, we will say so and offer a practical alternative where we can.
