Before you start
Is there a free trial?
No trial. Run the free scan first: it shows whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude recommend your business today, with no account and no card. Run the free scan
When do I pay?
After setup. You connect your site and check your business profile for free. You pay when you press the final button, and the team starts work once the payment goes through.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time in Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What counts as a website?
One address, such as yourbusiness.com, with its blog. One account has one website for now.
Does it work if my site isn't on WordPress?
Yes, if your site is built with an AI tool like Lovable, Base44, Claude, Codex, v0, Replit, Cursor or Framer. You get each post as a ready-to-paste prompt, and you press "Mark as done" once it's live. WordPress sites need to be self-hosted. Shopify, Webflow and Wix aren't supported yet.
Will it publish without asking me?
No. On WordPress you approve each post before it goes live. If you'd rather not, you can turn on automatic publishing in Settings.
Where do the facts in the posts come from?
From your website and the business profile you check during setup. The Writer never makes up prices, reviews, statistics or customer names. If a fact isn't there, it stays out of the post.
What does the weekly AI check ask?
10 questions a week, based on your topics and on what people ask when they check out a business, like "is [your business] legit?". Each question goes to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude. You see whether they name you, who they name instead, and which sites they cite.
How long until I see results?
Posts start in your first week. Google and AI tools can take weeks or months to pick them up, depending on your market and your competitors. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic or AI recommendations.
