1. The service
samurAI visibility helps businesses measure visibility in selected AI-generated answers and identify practical website improvements. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not promise that every scan, report, source, or AI answer will always be complete, current, or error-free.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits.
3. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Pricing and plan features are shown on the pricing page when you purchase. One-time purchases are charged once. Monitoring subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
You can cancel monitoring through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid billing period. samurAI visibility does not offer refunds except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use samurAI visibility to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, access systems without permission, submit malicious code, overload or probe the service, scrape the service, evade limits, or submit sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant samurAI visibility a limited license to host, process, analyze, and display that content as needed to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit.
6. Our content and feedback
samurAI visibility, its branding, software, reports, templates, and underlying technology belong to samurAI visibility or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use your reports internally for their intended purpose. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
7. Disclaimers
samurAI visibility is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Reports and recommendations are informational. They are not legal, financial, marketing, search-engine, or business guarantees, and they do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, mentions, or recommendations by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google, or any other service.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, samurAI visibility will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as samurAI visibility changes. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the samurAI visibility operator and your location, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
