1. Operator and contact
These Terms form an agreement between you and Omer Eshed and Matanel Rogovoy, jointly operating the unincorporated samurAI visibility service in Israel. Contact us at +972 54-621-4411 or hello@samuraivisibility.com.
2. The service
samurAI visibility helps businesses measure visibility in selected AI-generated answers and identify practical website improvements. The service uses third-party AI models and automated analysis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops, and do not promise that every scan, report, source, or AI answer will be complete, current, unique, or error-free.
Free-scan links: a public free scan is delivered through a randomly generated capability URL and does not require an account. The URL does not automatically expire and remains usable while we retain the report and operate the service. Anyone who obtains the URL can open the report, so you are responsible for deciding whom to share it with. We may remove a report when required for security, law, a verified deletion request, or service operation.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
Creating an account requires affirmative acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy. We record the document versions and acceptance time.
4. Plans, payments, and cancellation
Pricing, currency, product details, discounts, renewal timing, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Single Scan is a one-time purchase. Monitoring renews monthly until cancelled. If checkout shows a promotional price for a limited number of billing periods, the regular renewal price shown there applies after the promotion ends.
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. You purchase the transaction from Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms, which identify the applicable Paddle contracting entity, registration number, and address. Access to and use of samurAI visibility remains governed by these Terms. Paddle collects payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes, issues receipts or invoices, manages payment fraud and disputes, and processes approved refunds. We do not receive full payment-card details.
Cancel Monitoring through Account → Billing or the link in Paddle's subscription email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues through that period, and no further renewal charge is taken. Refunds and statutory withdrawal requests are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's Refund Policy, and rights that cannot legally be waived. A reversed payment, chargeback, fraud concern, or payment failure may suspend paid access while the matter is investigated.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use samurAI visibility to break the law, infringe another person's rights, access systems without permission, submit malicious code, overload or probe the service, scrape the service, evade limits, or submit confidential, personal, or sensitive information you are not authorized to share.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of information and materials you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions. We do not use customer submissions to train our own AI models unless we separately agree this with you.
7. Generated reports and output
Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, you may use, copy, modify, adapt, and publish the reports, recommendations, prompts, and suggested website copy generated for your account, including for commercial use. This permission does not transfer ownership of our software, templates, branding, or underlying technology.
AI-generated output may resemble material produced for others, may not qualify for intellectual-property protection, and may contain errors or third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing legality, accuracy, suitability, claims, and permissions before publishing or relying on output.
8. Our content and feedback
samurAI visibility branding, software, report structure, templates, and underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. Except for the generated-output permission above, we grant only the limited access needed to use the service. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
9. Disclaimers
samurAI visibility is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Reports and recommendations are informational and are not legal, financial, marketing, search-engine, or business advice or guarantees. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, mentions, or recommendations by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google, or any other service.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or business. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as samurAI visibility changes. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If a material change requires renewed agreement, we will request it rather than relying solely on continued use.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts in Israel, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
