- Billing details: plan and transaction information. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by samurAI visibility.
- Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, cookies, logs, and basic usage events needed to operate and protect the service.
- Waitlist information: email address and business details if you reserve a launch scan.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve samurAI visibility; run scans and generate reports; process purchases and subscriptions; send service, account, and waitlist messages; prevent abuse and fraud; understand product performance; and meet legal obligations.
